Sub-titled A Life with God in 12 Simple Words, this book was chosen by our Senior Pastor for discussion in our Christ Care groups from September to December. The small group I’m in finished today with answering the questions from the last chapter and afterword. I used my journal these past twelve weeks to record my answers. A couple of chapters delved into our innermost psyche, causing much soul searching on my part and including the shedding of a few tears – much to the dismay of some of my group who didn’t know me well. Yet, the book’s thought-provoking questions proved helpful to me and I may go back in a few months and see where I am with those passages.
